Charleviews Apartments, a large apartment community consisting of 213 one to four bedroom homes located at the intersection of North Harvard Street and Western Avenue in Allston. Situated in the center of it all, everything is within reach... walking distance to schools, shopping, dining, banks, and community resources; is on three MBTA bus routes and easy access to the Mass Pike, all major highways and minutes to Boston.
Charlesview Apartments will soon undergo a relocation program to create new rental and homeowner opportunities. Proposed is the construction of 27 additional units of moderate and workforce rental housing and 100 moderate and workforce homeownership units, a grand total of 240 rental units and 100 homeownership units. The proposed mixed-income housing development will be environmentally friendly and state-of-the-art LEED-certifiable.

Our Resident Selection Plan requires that our office thoroughly screen all applicants to determine suitability for residency. This includes a review of the following past behaviors:
- ability and willingness to pay the rent;
- ability and willingness to comply with the lease;
- ability and willingness to care for or provide for care of the unit;
- ability and willingness to cooperate with the staff.
Accordingly, our office will perform the screening listed below:
- landlord check
- credit references
- criminal check
- income and asset verification
