Humboldt Apartments is a residential community located along Humboldt Avenue in Roxbury MA. The community consists of 20 apartments comprised of 2 studios, 6 one-bedroom, 9 two-bedrooms and 3 three-bedrooms.
Humboldt Apartments is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit property. All applicants will be screened according to the resident selection plan. Applicants must also meet income limits and guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. A security deposit equal to one month rent is required upon move in. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electricity.

Our Resident Selection Plan requires that our office thoroughly screen all applicants to determine suitability for residency. This includes a review of the following past behaviors:
- ability and willingness to pay the rent;
- ability and willingness to comply with the lease;
- ability and willingness to care for or provide for care of the unit;
- ability and willingness to cooperate with the staff.
Accordingly, our office will perform the screening listed below:
- landlord check
- credit references
- criminal check
- income and asset verification
