Broadway Street Apartments is located in historic Lowell, MA and consists of 29 apartments ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms. The location is within walking distance to supermarkets, laundromats, senior centers, pharmacies, and is on the bus route.

Some apartments offer jacuzzi, washer and dryer, central air conditioning and balconies. All apartments have wall to wall carpeting and 24-hour emergency maintenance service is available.

Our Resident Selection Plan requires that our office thoroughly screen all applicants to determine suitability for residency. This includes a review of the following past behaviors:

1. ability and willingness to pay the rent;
2. ability and willingness to comply with the lease;
3. ability and willingness to care for or provide for care of the unit;
4. ability and willingness to cooperate with the staff.

Accordingly, our office will perform the screening listed below:

3. criminal check
4. income and asset verification
